What to expect on your next visit

To keep our guests and employees safe:

  • DO NOT visit the spa and salon if you or a household member have a fever, cough, runny nose, or any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • DO NOT visit the spa and salon if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.
  • DO NOT visit the spa and salon if you have traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days. 
  • Respect the spa and salon sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the business and shared by employees.
  • Wash hands prior to beginning each treatment/service.
  • Wear a mask all times and practice social distancing while in the common areas of the spa and salon.

On arrival​

  • Our front desk staff will welcome you upon arrival and help navigate you to our sanitation area. 
  • Masks are mandatory throughout the spa and salon. You are welcome to bring your own mask or we can provide masks for $2.00.
  • We ask you to sanitize your cell phones with provided wipes. Please refrain from using cell phones while having manicures and gel nail services. 
  • The spa and salon floors will be marked with areas for social distancing. Please respect these areas.
  • Once you are checked in we will then introduce you to your service provider who will assist you to your sanitized station or sanitized treatment room.
  • Our service providers will be wearing masks during treatments as an enhanced safety measure.
  • Our Front desk has a shield and depending on the services/treatments our service provides may be wearing a protective shield.
  • While our spa has always met stringent sanitation requirements, we will now more visibly display those efforts and display additional signage for your comfort.
  • Verbal confirmation by your service provider(s) that their hands have been sanitized immediately prior to the start of your service/treatments.
  • Our Team has taken the  Barbicide and Back to Touch Dermalogica Certifications. 
  • For the time being, we will not have waiting chairs for before or after services/treatments.
  • Seeing we ask all our guests to keep their mask on, we will not be offering water, coffee or tea at this time.
  • We have taken all magazines out or the spa and salon
  • All our retail tester will be removed but, available upon request.
  • Reduction in the number of available stations to meet social distancing requirements.
  • We have added additional time before and after all our services/treatments for extra disinfect/sanitizing as an enhanced safety measure.
  • Will be using disposable items in treatment/services whenever possible, including: masks, glove, and files. 
  • We ask all our guests to arrive on their own unless they are need assistance.
  • Please remember to leave all additional personal belongings in your car or at home.
  • No cash payment transactions. All payments will be collected via credit, debit, e-transfer or gift cards.
  • NOTE to all our valued guests: We have had a slight price adjustment to all our services/treatments From $1-$10.00.
