Terms and Conditions of Spa Membership

TERM LENGTH

Minimum 6 month membership with auto month to month renewal

Cancelled memberships cannot be reinstated for 6 months

HOLD YOUR MEMBERSHIP (FREEZE IT)

We do understand from time to time things come up due to unexpected circumstance and you may need to stop your membership program. 

We do allow you to put your membership on hold TWICE per year.

TERMS TO HOLD MEMBERSHIP

Membership must be in good standings prior to holding your membership program.

You must have had your membership active for minimum of 3 months.

You may put your membership on hold for a minimum of 1 month up to maximum of 6 months.

Your electronic payment will stop at the beginning of the following month.

Your expiration date will be extended by the amount of time your spa membership was on hold.

We do require 10 days to put membership on hold.

Unused Membership Services will be forfeited for the month. They cannot be carried forward to the following  month.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Our administration will gladly help you get set up with our pre-authorized monthly credit card payments.

CANCELLATION TERMS

 *In order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments, it is mandatory to give at least 24 hours cancellation notice.

*If late notice or missed appointments occurs, the membership service booked will be considered used for the month. All other member benefits will still be available.
