How to Enjoy a Salon and Spa experience that’s “Just for You”

- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to ensure time to complete any consultation forms required and to begin your relaxation experience.

- Please leave valuables at home as “Just for You” is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

- We ensure your complete comfort, privacy and discretion always. 

 Should you feel more comfortable in a robe for any reason, please request one and it will be provided to you

-In case of late arrival, please understand that your treatment will be condensed in respect of the following guest.  


Peaceful Enjoyment:

To ensure relaxation we kindly ask you to keep voices hushed and turn cell phones off during spa & salon treatments so that all guests can enjoy serenity. 

We must maintain a relaxing and peaceful environment.

Baby and Child Policy:

To ensure a relaxing experience for all our clients, we regret that any babies or children under the age of 12 will be unable to accompany guests in treatment rooms.

Unfortunately we are unable to perform spa services, including pedicures or manicures on Children under the age of 12.

Reservations:

Advance reservations are recommended to accommodate your experience and for you to enjoy your time of serenity. 

Secure with Credit Card 50% Deposit is required for the following:

*Services 2 hours or longer

*Booking 2 or more services

*Bridal Parties and Group Bookings

Cancellation Policy:

We have reserved time "Just For You" 

As a courtesy to other guests and technicians, 24 hours cancellation notice is required for all services..

Less than 24 hours cancellation notice will subject the Client to a 50%  fee, made payable prior, or at the time of, the Clients's next service.  

Packages and group reservations require 48 hours cancellation notice.  

Missed appointments with no notification will be subject to the full cost of the service prior to, or at the time of, the Clients's next service. 

GIFT CARD Holders Please Note:

If you do not give required cancellation notice, the cost of the services will be deducted from your gift card.

General Questions

What do I do before spa and salon treatments?

Just relax, rejuvenate and replenish.

When you arrive you will be given a client profile form to complete.

Please advise us and/or your doctor upon treatment of any medical conditions, allergies,

 high blood pressure, pregnancy or any other requirements.  

What to Wear:

We suggest wearing comfortable loose clothing. 

Please bring sandals if you're having a pedicure.

You may wear spa disposable undergarments provided with your body treatments.

An additional pair of undergarments or bathing suit is optional for all body treatments.

Your privacy will be protected at all times.

 We are not responsible for any lost items. Please leave your personal belonging at home. 

About Payment:

Gratuities are at your discretion on your spa and salon experiences.

Our best reward is when you recommend the spa and salon to your friends and families.

Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Gift Certificates.

All funds are in Canadian Dollars.

GST is not included in the prices of spa or salon treatments.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
